Call Centre Training Program Overview
The Call Centre Training Program is sponsored by Marafon Consulting in partnership with the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board. This program is designed to teach you fundamental skills in a contact centre envrionment including hands-on technical training, industry research and communication skills.

16 Week Program
- 12 weeks in class
Monday to Friday - 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM
- 4 weeks co-op style placement
Flexible Hours and Days.
Tuition assistance may be available for those who qualify.
Call Centre Program Prerequisites
You will need a basic knowledge of the following skills to benefit the most from CCTP.
- Keyboarding Skills
- Completion of an Introduction to Computers Course or Equivalent
- Interested in developing and improving customer service, communication, and computer navigational skills
- Willing and able to work flexible hours.
